Locker Room Bonus For Women’s FA Final Doubled
The locker room bonus for the Women’s FA Cup final game has been upwardly adjusted by betPawa.
According to a statement by the Ghana Football Association (GFA), this will see players of the winning team receiving twice the normal amount.
“The betPawa Locker Room Bonus pegged at GHc400 per Matchday, team list players and five officials for the Women’s FA Cup from the Round of 16 stage will now be doubled to GHc800 in the final match.”
The Locker Room Bonus, originally launched for Ghana Premier League players in 2022/23, has now expanded to women’s football.
It is aimed at rewarding excellence and elevating the sport at all levels.
“Beyond financial incentives, betPawa has continually invested in grassroots development, and this milestone underscores betPawa’s dedication to fostering growth and recognition in women’s football.”
The finals for the Women’s MTN FA Cup game will take place on May 18 at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium between Jonina Ladies FC and Faith Ladies FC.
The winning team will instantly receive disbursements to all listed players and selected officials via their mobile wallets after the final whistle.
