Assin Central MP Fires Back At Tamale North MP

Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Honourable Kennedy Ohene Agyepong has rained insults at his colleague law maker, Alhassan Suhuyini for proposing his referral to the Privileges Committee of Parliament over a statement he made.
Member of Parliament for Tamale Central drew parliament’s attention to a supposed contempt of Parliament by its member Kennedy Agyepong after he is alleged to have threatened a Multimedia journalist, Erastus Asare Donkor.
His plea was however accepted by the Speaker of Parliament on the condition that the House will take a decision after the Privileges Committee finishes it’s investigation.
Following this development, Honourable Kennedy Agyepong took to Oman radio, to address Mr. Suhuyini.
Among the degrading words of the Assin Central Member of Parliament, unprintables were also used.
“That boy says he is an MP…You have stated that I should be referred to the Privileges Committee…he has achieved nothing in life and so he wants the country to be set on fire. That is Suhuyini for you”, he quacked.
The Ashanti Regional Crime Officer is said to have began investigation into the formal complaint filed by the Multimedia Group over an alleged threatening comments issued by the Assin Central MP on a Multimedia journalist.
He is reported to have used words that is capable of inciting the public against him (Erastus Asare Donkor).
The team stressed that the first time the MP issued a similar comment in relation to Ahmed Suale, an investigative journalist, he was soon murdered by some unknown assailants.
