Akufo-Addo Tours Northern Region After North East Tour
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is currently in the Northern Region of Ghana.
It is the third region he is touring after beginning in the Upper East Region on August 5, 2022, and the North East on August 6, 2022.
During the president’s visit to Nalerigu in the North East region, he paid a courtesy call on the Nayiri, Naa Bohagu Mahami Abdulai Sheriga; commissioned the newly constructed block of the North East Regional Coordinating Council; and commissioned the new regional office of the Youth Employment Agency.
In Yunyoo, still in the North East region, Akufo-Addo paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Yunyoo; and inspected the Agenda 111 Hospital Project currently ongoing in Yunyoo, which is one of four (4) being constructed in the North East Region.
The president will spend two days in the Northern region.
