Supporters Mobilization: National Circles Council Inaugurates Nkoranza Supporters Union

Asante Kotoko supporters’ mother body, National Circles Council, has inaugurated another supporters group to be recognized as a member of the National Circles Council (NCC).

The NCC under the stewardship of business magnate and philanthropist, Christopher Demenya has seen a rise in membership following his promise to mobilize supporters to rally behind the Board, Management as well as the playing body of Asante Kotoko with unquenchable support.

Kotoko supporters especially the Circles have been a rallying point of which the club find hope in forlorn situation to yet put in a lot of frays to push for more.

They are notably known as the number twelve of the team whose unflinching and electrifying support always give the team extra energy over their opponents to record victory.

On Saturday at Nkoranza in the Bono East region, a supporters group who have been in existence for so many years was inaugurated to be part of the big family to offer their impregnable support for the two-time CAF Champions League winners, Asante Kotoko.

The first Vice Chairman in-charge of Administration and Finance, Nana Kwame Dankwah in his inaugural speech expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the people of Nkoranza for coming together to form a Circle. He promised them with massive support from the National executive members to see the growth of the new group flourishing.

Other National executives who were also there to grace the program included National Organizer, Kwabena Kyei Mocco, Deputy National Organizer in charge of Northern sector, Jackson Gekye and National treasurer, Kennedy Enyan.

The following are the members Elected to steer the affairs of new Circle’s group.
Chairman, Akrapim Baffoe, Vice Chairman, Padmore Robert Mensah, Secretary, Bismark Wiafe, Organizer, Donyina Kwame, Deputy Organizer, Affum Johnson, Porter, Osei Franklin, Women Organizers, Fosua Leticia and Agatha Amofah, Communication officers, Solomon opoku Mensah and Gyabaah Afrifa Victor.
