Maxwell Baako, Patrick Asmah and Christopher Nettey ‘No Show’ At Kotoko Training.

Asante Kotoko SC continued their preseason training at the Adako-Jachie training grounds this afternoon after spending three weeks in Koforidua, Eastern Region.

The team arrived at Adako-Jachie at exactly 3:00p.m. to continue the next phase of their preseason.

Maxwell Baako who was part of the team in Koforidua was not available due to failure to extend his contract.

Midfielder, Martin Antwi, who was deemed as surplus joined the team for the training.

Meanwhile, Patrick Asmah is expected to return to the team to join the rest of the players tomorrow after missing out today’s training.

Technical team of the club took the players training through various drills to keep their shape intact ahead of the 2020/21 season.

Twenty-five (25) players were able to join today’s training session.
Goalkeepers: Felix Annan, Kwame Baah, Razak Abalora.

Defenders: Wahab Adams, Samuel Frimpong, Habib Mohammed, Andrews Kwadwo Appau, Mubarik Yussif, Abdul Ganiu Ismael, Imoro Ibrahim.

Midfielders: Emmanuel Gyamfi, Emmanuel Kayekeh, Latif Anabila, Emmanuel Sarkodie, Kwame Adom Frimpong, Godfred Asiamah, Augustine Okrah and Mudasiru Salifu.

Strikers: Naby Keita, William Opoku Mensah, Kwame Poku, Evans Adomako, and Osman Ibrahim.

Right-back: Christopher Nettey, was at the training grounds but due to injury he had in Koforidua, he underwent special training that will aid his speedy recovery.
