2026 Base Pay Increased By 9%

The government and Organised Labour have agreed on a 9% Base Pay increment on the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS) within the Public Service of Ghana.

This will take effect from January 2026 to December 2026.

This was arrived at by the Public Services Joint Standing Negotiating Committee (PSJSNC).

As part of the agreement, the Government committed to engaging with unions on outstanding conditions of service.

“The Parties shall regularly engage in the management of the economy,” it also agreed.
