2026 WCQ: Referees For Ghana’s Clashes Against Central African Republic and Comoros

Mauritian referee Milazare Patrice and Gabonese referee Atcho Pierre Ghislain have been mandated to officiate Ghana’s final round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Patrice will officiate as referee for the qualifier against the Central African Republic and will be assisted by Cauvelet Louis Ralph Fabien (Assistant I), Padayachy Shaji from Seychelles (Assistant II), and Arisol Noris Aaron Godfrey from Seychelles as the fourth official.

Gaye Fatou from Senegal is the Referee Assessor, and Kaouchi Jamal from Morocco will work as Match Commissioner, while Nigeria’s Efughu Odochi Joan is the Security Officer for the match.

The match is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 16:00 GMT at Stade El Abdi in El Jadida, Morocco.

Meanwhile, Gabonese referee Pierre Ghislain will officiate in Ghana’s last home match against Comoros.


The 33-year-old will be assisted by compatriots Ditsoga Boris Marlaise (Assistant I) and Ondo Ndong Urbain (Assistant II), while Moukagni Cregue Fleury serves as the Fourth Official.

Hailu Tesfanesh Woreta from Ethiopia is the Referee Assessor, and Mohammed Sanusi from Nigeria is the Match Commissioner. Namibia’s Hoebeb Josua Andries is the Security Officer for the match.

The qualifier is scheduled for a 19:00 GMT kick-off on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
