The National Service Authority has released PIN codes for 18,617 eligible nurses and midwives to enrol for the 2026/27 National Service Year.

The codes were made available on May 25, 2026, following the submission of a list of qualified candidates by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana on May 22, 2026.

The list comprises nurses and midwives who passed the August/September 2025 licensing examinations conducted by the Council.

Eligible personnel can access their PIN codes on the Authority’s website at https://gnsa.gov.gh/home by clicking on the portal and entering their student ID number and date of birth.

As part of the registration process, prospective service personnel are required to pay a fee of GH₵82.00 via Mobile Money across all networks to access the enrolment platform.

The enrolment exercise opened on May 25, 2026, and will close on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The Authority has urged all eligible nurses and midwives to complete their online registration within the stipulated period.

The NSA also reminded the public that under Section 29(1) of the National Service Authority Act, 2024 (Act 1119), a person qualifies for national service if they are a Ghanaian citizen and have completed a course of study at a tertiary education institution.
