Learn To Create Jobs Rather Than Waiting For Government-SDA Pastor Advices Ghanaians
The Head Pastor of Mid-Central Ghana Conference of SDA Church, Pastor Osei Kofi Has advised Ghanaians to learn handicrafts work, rather than depending only on the government’s employment.
In addition, he said it will lessen hunger and unemployment, and take advantage of that to create jobs that can hire more people.
When the church choir union in the conference organized more than 30 choirs to sing at the Kumasi Nkwantwima SDA Church premises in Bremang area, he made these remarks.
The Union’s Chairman, Elder Enoch Boateng, took the opportunity to speak about the importance of being a choir member and how people will listen to them if they are singing.
He claimed that although people frequently blame politicians for their issues, the world is rather coming to an end.
Therefore, they must sing through the fellowship to preach the word of God.
After that, the union took the opportunity to award some old executives who led the choir as administrators. About twenty people were awarded.
Finally, several of the choristers demonstrated their dedication to using their voices to carry out God’s mission as singers.
