Asantehene Lauds Ghanaian-Polish Entrepreneur Omenaa Mensah

The King of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has commended the efforts of Omenaa Mensah, a Ghanaian-Polish entrepreneur and philanthropist, for bridging Ghana and Poland.
Addressing a group at the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów on May 29, 2026, Otumfuo described the entrepreneur as a bridge between the two nations.
His Majesty acknowledged her resilience in connecting two distant parts of the world through her work and initiatives.
“I have known people who carry two countries inside them. It is not always comfortable to carry two sets of expectations, two languages, two histories that do not always speak kindly of each other. But those who learn to hold both and grow honestly from both become something the world needs very badly. They become bridges. Omenaa Mensah is a bridge. She has spent her life making sure that the bridge is wide enough for others to cross.”
His Majesty noted that her efforts deserved the honour of accepting her invitation to Poland, stressing that the visit went beyond protocol.
“I accepted the invitation today not as a protocol visit, but as a mission. This particular bridge is worth walking across, and the cooperation it was built to carry is long overdue.”
Otumfuo also publicly recognised and praised her husband, Rafał Brzoska, for being a strong and complementary support to her ventures.
