They said, they struggle to cook and take their baths. Also washing cloths and utensils has become a problem.

Some residents revealed that the level of divorce rate has increased and this is a result of the scarcity of water because the ladies encounter difficulties in bathing twice daily.

“The students in the area have been reporting late to school due to the menace in the community”.

The citizens said, there’s only one poly tank in the community, and even with that, it is opened at 6 am and locked at exactly 7 am.

“Is as if we live on a dessert”
Some residents said, it has been disclosed that the community owns a light bill of two hundred and seventeen million cedis, this is why there has been an inadequacy of water in the area.

Substantiating what the residents said, the assembly member for Ahenbronum Electoral Area Hon. Amazing Ofori said indeed the residents have been confronted with water issues.

“I’ve tried my best but it wasn’t enough to help solve this issue.”

We need help, Hon Ofori added.
