Suspended NPP Nandom Constituency Secretary Reinstated

The Upper West Region wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has reinstated its suspended Nandom Constituency Secretary, Martin Wuoyang.

This follows careful consideration of the recommendations of the Disciplinary Committee by the Regional Executives on April 27, 2025.

A letter to the scribe said the decision to lift the suspension and reinstate him was unanimous.

This is, however, pending a written apology from him, the letter stated.

“Following the report of the committee and their recommendations, the Regional Executive Committee unanimously approved to lift your suspension and reinstate you as the constituency secretary, pending your submission of a written unqualified apology to the Regional Executive Committee.”

The letter affirmed that this leniency was adopted following the respect he accorded to the Disciplinary Committee during the hearing and his apparent interest in serving the party.
