Otumfuo–AgroEcom Mobile Learning Project Begins Q2 Outreach in Akyemansa District

The Otumfuo–AgroEcom Mobile Learning Project has officially commenced its 2026 Second Quarter Outreach in the Eastern Region, with activities currently underway at Adjobue in the Akyemansa District.
Over the next three weeks, pupils in the area will take part in guided English reading sessions and practical ICT lessons designed to support the school curriculum while strengthening literacy and digital skills.
The program uses mobile learning units equipped with digital tools to deliver lessons directly to schools with limited access to resources.
The outreach is reaching three schools in Adjobue: G.C.D Basic School, Adjobue R/C Basic School, and Adjobue Presbyterian Basic School.
Organisers say the initiative is aimed at improving foundational reading ability and building digital competence among basic school pupils, helping to bridge learning gaps in underserved communities.
The project runs quarterly outreaches across different districts in partnership with local education authorities and community stakeholders.
