Prepaid Metering System Challenge: ECG Extends Services To Weekends

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has extended its services to this weekend.

This means that District offices of the ECG across the country will be opened to the public.

On Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2, the company will work from 9 am to 4 pm.

This is to provide smooth service to prepaid customers, the Company said.

Reports indicate that customers have flooded ECG offices in the quest to purchase electricity credit after the prepaid metering system got interrupted earlier this week.
