Parts Of Greater Accra Will Be Without Light Today

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced parts of the country’s capital will be without light throughout the day.

The outage will be in effect from 9 am to 4 pm on Monday, January 23, it noted.

The outage is to make way for planned maintenance.

“ECG will undertake planned maintenance work to improve service delivery.”

Communities like Adomrebe, Oyibi, Saasabi, Appolonia, Dodowa town, Abokobi, Pantang Village, Teshie Camp 2, Mr Smith, Focus Hospital, Teshie first junction, Shalom Estate, Adenta P&T Land, Teshie Ultimate and Teshie Tsuibleoo.

“ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise”, it concluded.
