For ICT, the team will focus on how to properly hold and use the mouse, the functions of the keyboard, features of the desktop, how to create a folder, how to personalise the computer, basic skills of typing using Mavis Beacon, Microsoft Office Suite, painting using the computer, and many others.

Pupils will also get practical reading strategies and match appropriate strategies to each reading situation including Previewing, Predicting, Skimming and Scanning, Guessing from context, and Paraphrasing as well as the letters of the 42 sounds of English for effective reading skills, word pronunciations, and how to use the dictionary.

Between the hours of 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm, every evening of the project will be the edutainment moment of the course for both children and adults known as the Community Cinemas sessions.
