NSA Releases Postings For Over 18,416 Trained Teachers
The National Service Authority has announced postings for 18,416 eligible trained teachers to enrol in the 2026/27 National Service Year.
The postings were released on April 22, 2026.
The postings comprise eligible candidates who successfully graduated from accredited Colleges of Education.
In a statement, the Authority directed all eligible trained teachers to visit the Authority’s website, https://gnsa.gov.gh/home and click on the portal to access their respective place of postings and follow the stated procedures to complete the regional validation.
“The National Service for the Eighteen Thousand, Four Hundred and Sixteen (18,416) eligible Trained Teachers begins on Monday, 4% May 2026.”
It noted that the Regional validation exercise begins on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, and ends on Friday, May 15, 2026.
“Management, therefore, urges all prospective National Service Personnel to complete the regional validation within the stipulated period.”
“The Authority further reminds the general public that, in accordance with the National Service Authority Act, 2024 (Act 1119), every Ghanaian citizen who is eighteen (18) years or older and has completed an accredited tertiary institution, which includes Universities and teacher training colleges, is mandated by law to undertake national service to the State.”
