Nana B Condemns Viral Video from NPP ‘Thank You Tour’ as Misleading

National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, has criticized a viral video circulating from the party’s recent ‘Thank You Tour,’ calling it misleading and baseless.
In an interview on Adom FM monitored by Opemsuo Radio, Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, expressed disappointment over the circulation of the footage, which he said had been deliberately misinterpreted to create false impressions.
He clarified that claims suggesting he was reprimanded or threatened by Assin Central MP, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, were completely untrue.
According to Nana B, Mr. Agyapong merely raised concerns about the timing of the event due to an impending rainstorm and not out of anger or hostility.
“He was only raising concerns about our time and schedules because it was about to rain. So I don’t know why mischievous people in our team would record this video and circulate it,” Nana B explained.
He described the viral footage as “useless, needless, and baseless,” emphasizing that there was no altercation or confrontation during the event.
Nana B urged the public and party members to disregard the video and its associated rumors, reaffirming that there is no tension between him and other senior figures in the NPP.
