GMB22: Amoani Deserves Better-Fans Raise Concerns About Foul Play, Star Performer Award
Ghana Most Beautiful 2022 has faced criticism from fans and viewers after last night’s edition.
Sunday, 25th of September, 2022 was the semi-finals for the seven contestants in the competition. It was a night purposely for the contestants to justify their inclusion for five of them to qualify for the grand finale.
As usual, after every night, awards are given to the Most Eloquent contestant, Star Performer, and the Best Costume. Last night saw the likes of Central Regions Asieduwaa bagging the best costume, most eloquent to Amoani from the Eastern Region, and the Star Performer to Oti Region’s Aiko which did not sit well with most people.
This came when alarmed fans in the studio protested against the judges’ verdict of Aiko as the Star Performer which they felt was for Amoani.
Fans and viewers at home also raised their concerns on social media after a video of the semi-finals was posted on Instagram.
Last night saw the representative of the Greater Accra Region, Naa Ahema, and Hariya of the Savannah Region not making it to the Grand Finale.
