Five NPP Presidential Hopefuls To Partake In Balloting
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will hold a balloting exercise for the five candidates hoping to lead the party in the 2028 Presidential Election.
The exercise will be held on October 10, 2025.
The process, once completed will determine the place of each one on the presidential primaries ballot paper for the January 31, 2026, election.
A part of a letter inviting the five read, “I bring you warm greetings from the Presidential Elections Committee and congratulate you on a successful vetting outcome.
“The Chairman of the Committee has directed me to extend an invitation for your participation in a balloting process to determine your positions on the ballot paper for the upcoming January 3Ist
Presidential primary.”
It will take place at 11:00 am at the NPP Headquarters at Asylum Down.
“We kindly request your confirmation of receipt of this invitation. Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned on 0540466684,” it added.
The five include Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, Ken Ohene Agyapong, Dr. Bryan Acheampong, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, and Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong.
