Work Begins on Fomena and Dompoase Town Roads Under ‘Big Push’ Programme

The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene, has reported the commencement of construction work on the Fomena and Dompoase Town Roads.

The projects are part of government’s “Big Push” infrastructure programme.

In a Facebook post, Dr Amoakohene said the project forms part of the government’s commitment to deliver 10 kilometres of town roads in every district.

According to the Minister, the initiative is aimed at improving mobility, enhancing economic activity, and creating safer roads for residents.

“The Big Push is delivering infrastructure that connects communities and transforms lives,” he stated.

Dr Amoakohene added that updates on similar road projects in other districts will be communicated in due course.
