Read Full Court Judgment on Daddy Lumba’s Case

The Kumasi High Court on November 28, 2025, ruled that both Akosua Serwaa Fosuh and Priscila Ofori, also known as Odo Broni, are wives of the late highlife musician Charles Kojo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba.

Justice Dorinda Smith Arthur, the presiding judge, ruled that the two will perform widowhood rites.

Akosua Serwaa, who is based in Germany, went to court to seek recognition as the sole legal wife of the late musician.
