Over 100,000 Teachers Apply For Promotion
Over 100,000 teachers across the country have successfully applied for promotion in the ongoing application, according to the Ghana Education Service (GES).
It continues to welcome applications until 11:59 pm on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
In a Facebook post, the Service encouraged master’s/PhD holders who last received promotion or appointment in 2021 or 2023 to take advantage of the opportunity.
It directed, “In case you encounter any challenge, click on any of the WhatsApp links on the portal to report, and the technical team will be happy to help you.”
The promotion ranks include Deputy Director, Assistant Director I, Assistant Director II and Principal Superintendent.
