Senegalese football star and former Liverpool player Sadio Mane has tied the knot with his girlfriend, Aisha Tamba.

The ceremony done the Islamic way took place in the capital of his home country, Dakar on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

On Monday, he took to his social media platforms to gist his followers, fans and the world about his marriage.

In the post, the 31-year-old Al Nasr player shared pictures of himself and his wife’s post-wedding pictures clad in white.

It comes a few days to the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Ivory Coast where Mane and his teammates will try to defend their title.

They won the 2021 tournament, their first, after defeating Egypt on penalties.
