Otumfuo Ends 5-Day Visit to Poland

Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, has left Poland after concluding his official mission there.

The King, together with his entourage, departed on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Traditional authorities, including Daasebre Otuo Siriboe, Juabenhene, and Nana Effah Appenteng, Bompatahene, accompanied His Majesty.

The King’s visit centred on the Top Charity Gala Auction 2026, a high-profile charity event organised by Omenaa Mensah and her husband, Rafał Brzoska.

The gala supports philanthropic projects in Ghana and assists thousands of people in Poland and beyond.

The annual gathering brings together leaders from business, art and media around a shared commitment to responsible and effective social impact.

This year, His Majesty attended as the Guest of Honour on May 30. The 2026 edition was structured in three parts: the TOP CHARITY Art exhibition, the unveiling of the OmenaArt Foundation African art collection, and the Phenomenaa Gallery selection.

The programme also featured large-format works in the Sculpture Garden and an exhibition as part of the Art Cat ASANTE project.

Other activities of the Asantehene included a tour of the Phenomenaa Gallery and the Orangery at Wilanów Palace, a golf event in Katowice, private meetings with Polish government officials and business leaders, as well as an engagement with the organisers of the Top Charity Gala at the Orangery of the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów.
