NPP and NDC are Criminal Organisations – Independent Candidate

In a candid interview on Opemsuo Radio’s Nkwantannanso with Kofi Boakye on September 13, Mr. Kofi Koranteng, an independent Presidential aspirant, made a fervent appeal to Ghanaian voters, urging them to steer clear of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

In his impassioned address, he asserted that these two major political parties have little to offer Ghanaians and likened them to “criminal organizations.”

“The NPP and NDC are criminal organisations that have ruled Ghana for 32 years. All they have done is to grab and use for their own benefits. Only insane people will vote for NDC and NPP,” he declared unequivocally.

Mr. Koranteng did not mince words in his assessment of the parties, further labeling them as entities devoid of vision.

Turning his attention to recent government initiatives, he expressed skepticism about the increase in cocoa prices, contending that such measures are insufficient. Instead, he urged Ghana to prioritize adding value to its cocoa production, a strategy he believes would generate substantially more revenue.

“We should be focusing on the value we can add to cocoa to benefit not only our nation but also others. Our failure to add value to cocoa results in revenue loss,” he remarked.

Mr. Kofi Koranteng, an independent Presidential aspirant, faced disqualification by the Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC) during his bid to contest in Ghana’s 2020 election, based on allegations of forgery.
