No Intervention Received After Damage Caused Us Through Flood: Atwima Maakro Residents

The people of Atwima Maakro in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipal in the Ashanti Region have expressed grief over the damage caused by flood.

The residents of Atwima Maakro encountered a heavy downpour last week which destroyed a lot of properties. Some residents couldn’t save anything during the rain. Such items are clothes, shoes, fridges, groceries, books, and others.

According to the residents, nobody has come to their aid, not even the assembly member.

They urged the Assembly Member Hon. Agyenim Boateng, NADMO and Member of Parliament Hon. Emmanuel Adjei Anwhere to intercede on their behalf.
