Foreign Ministry Holds Conference of Heads of Mission for Key Performance Indicators

The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ghana is holding a five-day conference for heads of Missions in the country.
The meeting will bring under one roof High Commissioners, Ambassadors, Permanent Representatives and Consuls-General from Ghana’s diplomatic representations around the world in Accra.
The Conference commencing on September 1 will witness the launch of Key Performance Indicators for Heads of Mission by His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana.
The Conference is being held under the theme: Harnessing the Dividends of Diplomacy for Ghana’s Reset Agenda.
“Considering the pivotal role played by Heads of Mission in promoting the relations between Ghana and their countries of accreditation, the Ministry is committed to providing platforms to encourage engagement with relevant stakeholders in delivering on the foreign policy objectives of Ghana,” The Ministry said in a statement on Monday.
