FDA Exposes Fibroid And Diabetes Medical Treatments
Two products by Herbafarma have been flagged by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) of Ghana.
These products, the FDA says, are claimed to treat Fibroid and Diabetes.
In a brief statement, the Authority said the safety of the products cannot be ascertained as they have not been registered.
“The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) wishes to bring to the attention of the public the advertisement of “Forever Fibroid Removal Kit’ and ‘Forever Diabetes Detox” for the treatment of fibroid and diabetes respectively on the “Herbafarma” website.”
“These products are not registered, therefore their safety cannot be guaranteed,” it added.
The Authority has directed the public to visit its website or the ProPer platform to check the registration status of regulated products.
