Experienced football administrator, Edmund Ackah, has heaped enormous praise on the newly-appointed Administrative and Operations Manager for Asante Kotoko SC, Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi.
According to the former Asante Kotoko Management member, the inclusion of Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi on the Kotoko Management will leapfrog the club to a different height to achieve something substantial in the years ahead.
Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi resigned from his position as Deputy General Secretary and Club Licensing Manager for the Ghana Football Association last Monday.
And he has been touted as a phenomenal person for the Kotoko task.
Speaking about the quick-witted young football administrator on Opemsuo 104.7 FM evening sports show, Pramaso, Edmund Ackah said, “the appointment of Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi is a good one that will go a long way to change a lot in the club. His brilliance has no measure and if he is given the free room to operate, his influence will change Kotoko.”
“I can say without fear or favour that the kind of work he will do for the club can be compared to what Ashford Tettey Oku offered to Hearts of Oak. He is simply a great asset to the Porcupine family.”
“I thank the Chief Executive Officer and all those who wooed Newton to Kotoko. They have indeed given the club the best.”
Dasoberi before his resignation served as a Premier League Board Secretary, Disciplinary Committee Secretary, Appeals Committee Secretary, GFA Club Licensing Manager, FIFA/CAF Instructor, and Deputy GFA General Secretary.
The announcement of the entire management set-up has been announced today and he is expected to punctuate every step with stupendous performance.
