Asantehemaa’s Message to Asantehene On His Birthday
Her Majesty Nana Konadu Yiadom III has conveyed a birthday message to the Occupant of the Golden Stool, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
The message was personally relayed during their meeting on Tuesday at the residence of the King during a visit.
The Majesties sat and enjoyed each other’s company, exchanging pleasantries and light-hearted conversations before a birthday cake was brought in by Lady Julia, the wife of the King, to complement the significant occasion.
Right after the cake was cut amidst hearty chants to a birthday song for the King, the royal nonagenarian conveyed, “Happy Birthday.”
The Manhyia Palace calendar is clear, with no events planned to commemorate the globally acclaimed traditional leader.
Persons who wish to pay respects to the King in kind and substance will have the opportunity to do so on May 7, 2025, which will be the fourth Awukudae Festival of the year.
