An Exemplary Role Of A Good Leader Is Calmness- Prof Manso

 

The Immediate Past General Superintendent for the Assemblies of God Ghana, Prof. Paul Frimpong Manso has disclosed that the leadership role in every community and the country as a whole is not an easy task.

Speaking with Opemsuo FM Newscaster, Maame Adwoa Essoun in reaction to his 12 years of experience and the leadership role he played during his tenure as the General Secretary for Assemblies of God Church Ghana he stated that calmness is an exemplary role a good leader needs to play to serve as a deterrent to others.

He describes his tenure in office, as an exciting one although he confronted a lot of challenges with Christ and the congregations who strengthen him, he was able to overcome them.

Prof. Frimpong Manso urged leaders to bring unity and togetherness, and also motivate, and encourage its members in their administrations.

He asked the youth to desist from laziness and unnecessary acts to help promote the sustainable development goals plan in the future.

Prof. Paul Frimpong Manso advised the public to change their attitude and exhibit a new strategic plan this year in their businesses.

According to him, we are in a developed world so things are always changing globally, therefore Ghanaians need to establish those plans for the development and well-being of the country.

He urged citizens to be creative and always add value to their businesses through technological methods and asked the public to take advantage of social media to excel.

He revealed that this year God is going to do wonderful things and there will be greatness and prosperity since last year the people in the country faced a lot of challenges and also economic hardship.

Prof. Paul Frimpong Manso asked the public to desist from bad things and bad behaviours which will not help and undermine the development of the nation in terms of Culture, attitude, or Philosophy and pull-him-down syndrome, he said we must rather think one Ghana positively, and also encourage each other in our endeavours.

He emphasized that after almost 60 years of independence, the country is still in its 3rd world, and all our water bodies and roads are being destroyed.

The former General Superintendent’s revealed the best way to attitudinal change is to let Christ be in our hearts and our various communities.
