Use E-Gazette Platform If You’re Having Registration Challenges- NSA to Prospective Service Personnel

The National Service Authority (NSA) has directed prospective National Service Personnel (NSP) encountering registration challenges as a result of biographical discrepancies to use the e-Gazette platform.

The platform is a new digital solution introduced by the Ghana Publishing Company which will support the resolution process.

“The National Service Authority (NSA), in conjunction with Ghana Publishing Company, wishes to notify all prospective National Service Personnel (NSP) who are experiencing challenges with registration due to name mismatches, incorrect dates of birth, or related biographical discrepancies that a new digital solution has been introduced to support the resolution process.”

This, it said, has made it much easier and faster for applicants to obtain the legal documents needed to resolve their identity issues.

It said the new online platform allows NSP to apply for and receive gazettes electronically; eliminates the need for physical visits, manual submissions, or long processing queues; and provides convenient nationwide access from any location, using a computer or mobile device.

“NSPs who require affidavits and gazettes, which are mandatory documents for correcting name discrepancies or date of birth errors on the NSA Support Platform, are encouraged to use the Gazette platform promptly to facilitate their registration.”

“All affected NSPs are advised to initiate their corrections as soon as possible to avoid delays in their registration and deployment process.”

The platform can be accessed via https://egazetteghana.com/Mobile/Default.aspx or https://ghanapublishing.gov.gh/.
