Payment Challenges for Passport Applications Resolved – PAC

The Ghana Passport Application Centre (PAC) has announced that technical challenges affecting payment for passport applications have been resolved.

In a notice posted on Facebook, the Centre said the online platform was now running smoothly. “Payment issues have been resolved.

The platforms are now up and running,” the notice stated.

The PAC apologised for the disruption, which affected applicants who had been unable to complete payments over the past few days.

Applicants affected by the downtime have been directed to call 0307000575 or 0307008222 for assistance.

The Centre did not specify the cause of the technical issues but assured the public that its systems had been fully restored.

The disruption had sparked complaints from several applicants who took to social media to report failed transactions and delays in processing.

The PAC said it remains committed to ensuring a seamless application process and thanked the public for their patience.
