Men Must Unite To Help Spread The Word Of God Among Nations – Adventist Men Chairman Counsels
The Chairman of the Adventist Men’s Ministry (A.M.M) in the Northern Ghana Union Conference of the Seventh-Adventist Church, Elder Isaac Opoku has called for unity among all Adventist men in other to spread the word of God among nations.
Speaking at the Inauguration and Fundraising Ceremony of the Adventist Men’s Ministry last Saturday, November 5, 2022, in Kumasi he said the aim of the Adventist Men’s Ministry is to build the family system in other to make the home conducive for all and for the betterment of the country in general.
In his speech, he sighted the life of the late United Nations Secretary-General, Kofi Annan as a result of a well-built home and family. According to him, Kofi Annan’s life impacted the family he was born in, the nation and the world at large.
“A robust support structure within the family aids in the proclamation of the gospel and the conversion of all men to Christ”.
According to the chairman, he was amazed by the massive turnout of the members of the ministry.
“There was a shortage of chairs, and the water we bought got finished. the members came all the way from Bolgatanga, Wa, Tamale, Goaso, Sunyani, Techiman area and the entire Ashanti Region. They all came in their numbers making the programme a massive one”.
“Today, men have to the realization that they must do the work of God and do it better for the soon coming of Christ”.
He also advised the youth to concentrate on building quality life. Build their vision and work towards it and shun living a mediocre life which will not help their future in the end.
