Just in: David Ocloo Rejoins Asante Kotoko

Former Hearts of Oak Assistant Coach, David Ocloo has rejoined Asante Kotoko after leaving the club a season ago.

The 38-year-old former Wa All Stars and Liberty Professionals gaffer holds a CAF Licence A coaching certificate, as well as certificates in sports performance and video analysis.

The experienced gaffer will be working with his former Boss at Asante Kotoko, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum a year of separation.

The duo combined their Technical ingenuity in the 2021/22 season to win Ghana Premier League, but both left Asante Kotoko in the most unimaginable way that is yet to be understood.

Nonetheless, a week ago , Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum was confirmed as the new Head Coach for the Porcupine Warriors by the Manhyia Palace and has called his former Assistant to join him again.

Mr Ocloo has a rich CV which includes stints to with Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Sahel Sporting Club of Niger and Maranatha FC in Togo.

He won President Cup with the Phobians as a stop-gap coach and a lot will be expected of him.
