Juaben MCE Case Adjourned To October 20

The case involving the rejected Juaben Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) has been adjourned to October 20, 2022.

This was after the Case Management Conference was successfully conducted in Court today, June 29, 2022.

The adjournment to that date is due to the impending Legal Vacation.

Mr Sarfo-Kantaka is facing 26 corruption charges but pleaded not guilty to all the charges on June 1, 2022, when he was arraigned in court and secured a bail of GH¢ 90,000.

The former Juaben MCE who failed to get the confirmation of his Assembly members was captured on camera demanding some money he allegedly gave to the Assembly members in exchange for his confirmation.
