Gov’t Town Hall Meeting Reaches Volta Region

The Volta Region of Ghana is up next on the Government’s list of town hall meeting tours across the country’s 16 regions.

On March 4, 2022, the lead promoters of the controversial E-levy, Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta, and Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, will be in the Volta region.

It will take place at the Freedom Hotel conference hall in Ho, the region’s capital.

Among the speakers include John Peter Amewu, Pius Hadzide, and others.

The last town hall meeting was in Wa, the capital of the Upper West region.

According to the government, the town hall meetings are yielding positive fruits.
