GMet: Most Parts Of Ghana Will Be Cloudy This Afternoon

The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has predicted cloudiness in most parts of Ghana on June 7 afternoon.

“Partly cloudy conditions are expected for most parts of the country this afternoon with chances of rain with occasional thunderstorms in some parts of the Northern and Southern sectors of the country from late hours of this afternoon into the evening”, the GMet said.

Accra, Kasoa, Cape Coast, Takoradi Axim, Koforidua, Akim Oda, Kumasi, Obuasi, Tarkwa, Sefwi Bekwai, Kintampo, Goaso, Sunyani, Techiman, Bole, and Damongo will experience partial cloudiness in the afternoon, the agency said.

Meanwhile, Yendi, Kete Krachi, Aflao, Tamale, Bolgatanga, Nalerigu, and Ho will experience thunderstorms/rain.

Only Wa will be cloudy this afternoon, it said.

In the evening the GMet says Aflao, Ho, Accra, Kasoa, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Axim, Koforidua, Akim Oda, Obuasi, Tarkwa, Bolgatanga, and Nalerigu will be partially cloudy.

On the other hand, Kumasi, Sefwi Bekwai, Sunyani, Tachiman, Bole, and Damongo will witness thunderstorms/rain.

Kete Krachi, Kintampo and Goaso will be cloudy.
