Pooley Killing: We’ve Not Sanctioned 3rd Parties to Take Donations – Kotoko
The Management of Asante Kotoko SC say they have not sanctioned third parties to take financial contributions on their behalf in support of the yet-to-be-announced one-week observation of Francis Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Pooley.
This was announced in a notice on Monday, February 10, 2025.
“Management by this notice wishes to inform our supporters and the public that it has not authorized any person nor entity to receive any donations of any kind on their behalf towards the yet-to-be-announced date for the one-week observation of our beloved supporter, Francis Yaw Frimpong (NANA POOLEY).”
Notwithstanding it, the club directed persons who wish to contribute towards it to do so through the club’s official Mobile Money number 0549765842 with their names as a reference.
Meanwhile, it said donations in kind can be made at the front desk of Opemsuo Radio at Manhyia Palace.
The ardent fan was stabbed to death last week after the game between the Porcupines and the Nsoatreman FC at Nsoatre in the Bono Region.
