Nursing & Midwifery Council Hunts For Self-Professing “Killer” In Student Nurse Uniform

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (N&MC) has announced it has begun an investigation to identify the alleged student nurse who plans to “kill” patients who seek medical attention with her.

The student nurse reportedly said she will kill any client who will seek her service as a nurse because she was forced to venture into nursing, in a viral video.

The statement has been condemned by the Council who said her actions are against Section 7 (a) and (h) of the Code of Professional Conducts for nurses.

“The Council dissociates itself from the video and states unequivocally that it places great importance on the issue of professional conducts for nursing and midwifery students, nurses, and midwives, thus condemns such act”, the Council said.

According to the N&MC, the appropriate sanctions will be applied to the alleged student when she is identified.

The Council urged the public to disregard the statement and warned student nurses and midwives, nurses, midwives and the general public to desist from using the uniform for unapproved activities.
