According to the Member of Parliament for Kumbungu Constituency, Hon. Ras Mubarak, corruption has crept into recruiting young people for jobs.

Speaking in an interview with Agudey on Opemsuo radio’s Morning show Nkwantananso today, the Member of Parliament stated that a qualified youth is charged before he or she will be allowed to work.

“Sadly, corruption has crept in the recruiting of young people, how do you expect young people to get out of the street if we have this system”, he added.

According to Hon. Ras Mubarak the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta shouldn’t have commented that “jobs available in the market do not march the available skills”

He continued that, it is widely known that the school system isn’t up to the task, people attend Universities with the intentions of passing the examination at the end and nothing more,”

“There is a problem with the school system that needs to be fixed.
If the school isn’t producing the required manpower the Government should make the necessary changes”, he said.
