Kotoka Terminal 3 Car Park Payment Processes Enhanced

The Management of Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has enhanced the payment process to reduce long queues at the pay points of the Terminal 3 Car Park at Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
In a statement, it said the number of Pay points has been increased to six, effective Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in consultation with Propark, the Management Company responsible for the car parks at KIA.
In addition to that, it said three officers have been deployed to assist customers who prefer to pay via mobile money transfer and bank cards.
“These measures are to help ease congestion and the inconvenience experienced by our cherished customers.
“Management takes this opportunity to thank customers for their patience and patronage. Any inconvenience caused as a result of the long queues is deeply regretted,” it emphasised.
