This Can Only Be God; McBrown Reacts To Selly Galley Becoming A Mother
Actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown has publicly reacted to the news that Musician Steven Fiawoo known on stage as Praye Tietia and his wife Selorm Galley Fiawoo known as Selly Galley have been blessed with the fruit of the womb.
The actress attributed the joyful news to the workings of God.
“This can only be God @sellygalley In his time @prayetietia Amen and Amen,” she posted on a Facebook page two days after the news was confirmed by the couple on Instagram.
The couple have welcomed twins after eight years of marriage.
It will be recalled that the McBrown prophesied the couple will have twins back in 2020 after a social media user by the name Henewaa_piesie2 labelled Selly as “ugly” and “barren” when she posted a picture of herself without make-up.
Selly reacted to the comment by cursing her. Henewaa_piesie2 later apologized and showed remorse for her action.
In reaction to this during an interview in October of the same year, McBrown is quoted to have said, “I can feel it within me that God will give Selly twins.”
She then urged Ghanaians to support Selly with prayers rather than taunting her with her situation.
On Sunday, days after rumours that the Fiawoos had welcomed twins, the couple confirmed it with maternity photos on Instagram and captioned, “Holding on to FAITH… that’s what brought me this far. It’s been a long and almost hopeless journey. But I wasn’t to decide that. WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE!, My tongue is heavy with praise and worship, our hearts are heavy with immense gratitude. It’s just marvellous!”
