Zackaria Fuseini Pens 3-year Deal With Kotoko

Captain of Berekum Chelsea, Zackaria Fuseini, has put pen to paper, committing the next three years of his future to Asante Kotoko SC.
The 27-year-old defender is the fourth confirmed new signing of Kotoko within this window.
Kotoko seeks to prey on his wealth of experience in Ghanaian football for its purpose.
“Asante Kotoko are pleased to announce the signing of central defender Zackaria Fuseini on a three-year deal…A calm and composed centre-back, he is known for his sharp reading of the game and strong leadership.”
Speaking to Kotoko media, the former Black Meteors player said his ambition was to win laurels and earn a place in the Black Stars.
Fuseini is certain that Kotoko will provide the platform to realise these ambitions.
“My focus is to win laurels with the club and to work hard for a place in the Black Stars because I know I’m good enough. Some say this move is a few years late, but I don’t believe that. I’m arriving mature and experienced, and I’m ready to handle the pressure that comes with playing for such a big club.”
Fuseini made his debut for Berekum Chelsea as a teenager and went on to register 133 appearances.
He also had a brief stint with San Fernando CD in Spain, gaining valuable experience abroad.
