Ridge Building Collapse: 14 Trapped Victims Rescued

Fourteen victims trapped under the rubble of a building under construction at Ridge have been rescued.
They were rescued by personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).
They are all identified as construction workers who were working on the building when a part of it went down.
In a Facebook post, the GNFS said the victims have been transported to the 37 Military Hospital and the Ridge Hospital for medical attention.
Though the conditions of the victims were not clearly communicated, the GNFS communicated that they were in critical condition and needed “urgent” medical attention.
In an earlier post, the Service said the building had collapsed at the premises of the Architectural Engineering Group at Roman Ridge.
