OCR to Publish List of Companies in Good Standing for Q1 2026

The Office of the Registrar of Companies is set to publish the names of companies that have complied with statutory filing requirements in the Companies Bulletin, confirming their status as entities in good standing for the first quarter of 2026.
In a public notice, the Registrar said the publication is being done pursuant to Section 126(5) of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
The provision mandates the Registrar to make public the names of companies that have duly filed and registered their annual returns.
“Take note and notice is hereby given that the underlisted companies have duly filed and registered their Annual Returns with the Office of the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Section 126(5) of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992),” the notice stated.
Accordingly, the Registrar has caused the notice to be published in the Companies Bulletin as confirmation that the listed companies have met the statutory filing obligations and are deemed to be companies in good standing as at the end of Q1 2026.
Section 126 of Act 992 requires every company to file annual returns with the Registrar within 18 months after incorporation and subsequently once every year.
Filing annual returns is a key compliance requirement that keeps a company active on the register and in good standing.
The full list of companies will be published in the upcoming edition of the Companies Bulletin. Businesses, investors, and the public are advised to check the Bulletin to verify the compliance status of companies they intend to deal with.
