Kumasi Zoo Attracts More Tourists
The Kumasi Zoological Gardens on 6th and 7th of March 2023 had record level of patronage.
According to its management, for some years now, the site situated at the center of Kumasi, opposite the Kumasi city market (kejetia) and within the Center for National Culture, had been recording lower turn outs.
However, partnership with opemsuo Radio and enhancements of the site are yielding massive results and becoming the game changer for the facility.
Dr Meyir Zieka, Manager of the Kumasi zoological gardens, speaking with Gloria Opoku expressed his excitements about the turn of events.
He however advised visitors to respect rules and regulations at the center and assured the general public of their commitment to address all outstanding issues to make their visitations more exciting.
Some Ghanaians and foreigners who visited the site were very excited about the new improvement and encouraged authorities to do more.
