Braces from Anasthesia Achiaa and Evelyn Badu plus contributions from Alice Kusi, Princella Adubea, and Doris Boaduwaa humbled the home side after the 90 minutes.

The scoresheet was opened by Boaduwaa two minutes into the game and was extended seven minutes later by Badu with an assist from Grace Acheampong.

Another assist by Justice found the back of the net in the 28th minute thanks to Princella Adubea. Right after recess, Ghana’s glorious fourth goal was registered by Kusi.

Badu found the net the second time on Wednesday afternoon with the icing on the cake coming from Achiaa in the 76th and 81st minutes.

The match marked the first leg of Ghana’s qualifier against Rwanda in the 2024 African Women’s Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifiers.
