According to the former supporters’ chief, Kotoko fraternity is full of politics and it is a rationale behind unsuccessful spell of people who have come to manage the club.
“Kotoko is full of politics. The supporters always have their favorites and once their favorite is out they become enemy to whoever will be appointed to lead the club. The likes of Dr. K.K. Sarpong, Opoku Nti, Herbert Mensah, et al. had people who wished for their failure,” said Chairman Kwaku Amponsah in an exclusive interview with Opemsuo 104.7 Fm evening sports show, Pramaso.
He continued, “What I am happy about following his appointment is him being new in Kotoko. His root alliance cannot be traced and that will springforth his success.
He also admonished him to intertwine with the supporters to ensure his success
“ Nana Yaw Amponsah should coordinate with the supporters very well because his success will be inspired by the supporters.
